Job summary

Primoris Energy Services in the United States seeks a Field Engineer to provide planning and technical support to construction teams, acting as a frontline contact to resolve issues on the work front and support WorkFace Planning.

You will generate RFIs, review drawings, conduct site inspections, coordinate with project managers and subcontractors, and help ensure safety, quality, schedule and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of field engineering experience in power generation, petrochemical, or similar industrial projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling and project management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage field operations to ensure projects meet schedule and quality.
• Provide technical support and resolve field issues on site.
• Generate RFIs and track impacts on scope, schedule and cost.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress for safety and compliance.
• Prepare project status reports on schedule, progress, staffing, and issues.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders.
