Job summary

Primoris Energy Services seeks a Field Engineer to provide planning and technical support for construction teams, resolving on-site issues, and handling WorkFace Planning. Responsibilities include work packaging,Change Order Management, and supporting the Project Manager.

Qualifications include a BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent with 3–5 years of field engineering experience in industrial projects. Strong communication, problem-solving and travel willingness are required.

Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of field engineering experience, preferable in power generation or petrochemical projects.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations to meet schedule, budget, and quality.
• Provide technical support and resolve field issues; generate RFIs.
• Plan work packages and ensure alignment with project schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation.
• Support QC, safety compliance, and coordination with stakeholders.
