Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Field Engineer to provide planning and technical support for our construction teams on industrial projects. You will act as a frontline contact to resolve technical issues, support WorkFace Planning, and help manage change orders and quality control under project management oversight.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent, 3–5 years in field engineering, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualificações

• BS Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in field engineering on industrial projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with scheduling and project management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee field operations to meet schedule, budget, and quality.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues; issue RFIs and track impacts.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance.
• Follow WorkFace Planning and provide work packages.
• Prepare project status reports on schedule, progress, staffing, safety.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date project documents, drawings, and submittals.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures.
• Ensure field activities comply with safety regulations.
