Job summary

The Pipe Coordinator role at Black & Veatch Corporation supports planning, development, and tracking of CWPs and IWPs for basic projects, coordinating with discipline superintendents and field teams to ensure timely material deliveries and accurate takeoffs.

You will maintain site records, assist with RFI interpretation, and help resolve design, schedule, safety, and quality issues on a fast-paced construction site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in construction or heavy industry is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, issue, and track CWPs and IWPs for basic projects.
• Coordinate with discipline superintendents to ensure field buy-in and smooth execution.
• Generate material takeoffs and BOMs for CWPs and IWPs.
• Maintain daily site logs and assist the Field Engineer with RFIs and documentation.
• Support safety, quality, and schedule tracking on the project.
