Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking a Pipe Coordinator to manage construction work packages and installation work packages for basic projects. You will coordinate with discipline teams, ensure timely delivery of materials, and maintain documentation flow on site.

The role requires planning, quantity verification, and collaboration with superintendents to secure field buy-in. A strong emphasis on safety and quality is embedded in daily operations and project controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum onboarding requirements including background check and drug screen.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent; 4-year degree preferred.
• Typically 2+ years construction or construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, issue, and track CWPs/IWPs for basic projects.
• Produce discipline IWPs for basic projects.
• Coordinate with discipline superintendents to ensure buy-in for IWPs.
• Verify quantities and coordinate vendor/craft curves and project controls.
• Maintain daily site logs and support safety and quality.
