Job summary

Black & Veatch in Carrollton, GA is seeking a Pipe Coordinator to plan and track CWPs and IWPs for basic projects. You will assist discipline superintendents, identify issues, and generate materials takeoffs to support timely field execution.

The role requires coordinating with field teams, engineers, and project controls to ensure accurate documentation, schedules, and safety compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment onboarding may be required, including background checks.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Typically 2+ years of construction or construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, issue, and track CWPs and IWPs for basic projects.
• Coordinate with discipline superintendents to ensure field buy‑in.
• Produce discipline IWPs and manage material takeoffs.
• Maintain daily log and track completion status.
• Assist in interpreting RFIs and document flow.
• Interface with field engineers for constructible responses.
• Review Look‑Ahead Schedules and coordinate with Project Controls.
• Support safety, quality, and construction management processes.
