Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Project Coordinator in Cartersville, GA to manage CWPs and IWPs for complex construction projects. You will collaborate with Discipline Superintendents, ensure timely material takeoffs, and maintain field documentation.

Qualifications

• All applicants must complete pre-employment onboarding requirements including background check, drug screen, and MVR.
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, issue, and track CWPs and IWPs for complex projects.
• Coordinate with discipline superintendents to ensure field buy-in.
• Verify engineered quantities and perform material takeoffs.
• Maintain daily logs and support field documentation.
• Assist in safety, quality, and change management processes.
• Support turnover and coordinating with project controls.
