Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Pipe Coordinator to manage construction work packages and installation work packages for basic projects at our Cartersville site. You will partner with discipline superintendents, engineers, and field teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate material takeoffs.

You will contribute to planning, coordinating schedules, and maintaining records while upholding safety standards and quality. A background in construction management supports success.

Qualifications

• Complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search) as applicable.
• Typically 2+ years construction or construction management experience in similar facility construction.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, issue, and track CWPs and IWPs for basic projects.
• Participate in integrated planning sessions for IWPs.
• Produce discipline IWPs for basic projects.
• Coordinate with discipline superintendents and foremen for field buy-in.
• Verify quantities and coordinate project controls and look-ahead schedules.
• Maintain daily site logs and support documentation flow.
