Job summary

Black & Veatch in Lawton, OK is seeking a Lead Coordinator to manage CWPs and IWPs for basic projects, coordinating with Discipline Superintendent and field teams. You will develop material takeoffs, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of materials and information.

Ideal candidates bring construction coordination experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work across disciplines on heavy civil or industrial projects. This is a full-time onsite role with safety emphasis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 4 year degree preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and data-interpretation ability.
• Experience with construction or design documents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, issue, and track CWPs and IWPs for basic projects.
• Participate in integrated IWPs planning sessions.
• Produce discipline-specific IWPs for basic projects.
• Coordinate with discipline superintendents and foremen to ensure buy-in.
• Verify quantities and coordinate curves and project controls.
