Job summary

Black & Veatch Construction is seeking a Lead Coordinator to manage CWPs and IWPs for basic projects, developing, implementing and tracking progress while coordinating with Discipline Superintendent and field teams to secure timely, safe delivery.

You will generate material takeoffs, review schedules, and support procurement and project controls, maintaining daily site logs and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred; 4 year degree preferred.
• Typically 2+ years construction or construction management and/or design experience in similar facility construction.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, issue, and track CWPs/IWPs for basic projects.
• Coordinate with Discipline Superintendent and field teams to ensure buy-in and on-time delivery.
• Generate material takeoffs/bill of materials for CWPs and IWPs.
• Review Look-Ahead schedules and coordinate information with Project Controls.
