Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking a Pipe Coordinator to manage CWPs and IWPs for basic projects. You’ll work with discipline superintendents to resolve design, schedule, safety and quality issues, and coordinate material takeoffs and documentation flow. You’ll maintain daily site logs and support planning with field teams.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on experience across construction activities, with opportunities to advance into lead roles as you gain expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: onboarding and background checks as required by policy.
• Preferred Qualifications: education and experience in construction/management; cost control, scheduling, drawings, material takeoffs; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven problem-solving and safety-conscious approach for field operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, issue, and track CWPs and IWPs for basic projects.
• Coordinate with Discipline Superintendent to resolve design, schedule, safety, and quality issues.
• Verify quantities and coordinate material takeoffs for CWPs/IWPs.
• Maintain daily site logs and support contractor look-ahead schedules.
• Assist in RFIs and documentation flow with Field Engineer and Superintendent.
• Promote safety culture and interface with field personnel and vendors.
