Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking a staff-level Construction Planner to assist in the development, implementation, and tracking of Construction Work Packages (CWPs) and Installation Work Packages (IWPs) for project scopes. This role includes collaboration with field teams to ensure constructible, safe, and timely deliverables.

You will support quantity takeoffs, material coordination, and documentation flow, working with discipline engineers, foremen, and vendors to drive successful project

Qualifications

• Minimum construction experience required.
• Preferred qualifications include knowledge of cost control, scheduling, drawings and material takeoffs.
• Ability to interpret documents, plan and organize work, and ensure safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, issuing, and tracking CWPs and IWPs for scope of work.
• May participate in integrated planning sessions for IWPs.
• Produce discipline-specific IWPs for basic projects and support documentation.
