Qualifications

• Typically 2+ years construction or construction management and/or design experience in similar facility construction.
• Working knowledge of cost control, scheduling, engineering drawings and other documents.
• Ability to do material takeoffs, field estimates.
• Communication skills.

• Dealing with Ambiguity.
• Problem Solving.
• Advanced Excel Skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, issue, and track CWPs and IWPs for basic projects.
• Collaborate with discipline superintendents to ensure field buy-in for IWPs.
• Produce discipline IWPs for basic projects.
• Verify engineered quantities and coordinate with Project Controls.
• Maintain daily log for site records and monitor field documentation.
• Support safety and quality through disciplined execution.
