Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Lead Coordinator to manage the end-to-end development, implementation, and tracking of Construction Work Packages (CWPs) and Installation Work Packages (IWPs) on basic projects. You’ll work with discipline superintendents to resolve issues related to materials and scheduling, while maintaining records and supporting project controls.

You will generate takeoffs, support QA/QC, and ensure safety and quality standards across field operations, with opportunities to lead

Qualifications

• All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected).
• Experience with construction projects and documentation management is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, issue, and track CWPs and IWPs for basic projects.
• Coordinate with Discipline Superintendent to resolve intake and scheduling issues.
• Verify engineered quantities and coordinate material takeoffs and project controls.
• Maintain daily site logs and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Support project controls, RFMP processes, and look-ahead schedules.
