Yoodli, Inc. is hiring a Pipeline Development Manager to own and scale the BDR function for a growing AI platform. You’ll hire, coach, and set a playbook across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and RevOps to create reliable pipeline.

Reporting to the CRO, you’ll craft territory coverage and drive revenue through plays and analytics. You’ve led SDR/BDR teams in B2B SaaS, built scalable processes, and use data and AI tooling to boost productivity while maintaining human judgment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales with 3+ years leading SDR/BDR teams.
• You’ve built or scaled a BDR team at growth-stage companies, ideally enterprise.
• You’ve hired well and can ramp new reps quickly.
• You coach by doing, with feedback from calls and roleplays.
• You run the team on data: activity, pipeline, and conversions to revenue.
• You use AI and tooling to increase productivity while preserving judgment.
• You think in plays with Marketing and Partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and grow the BDR team starting with one rep.
• Own the hiring plan: profile, interviews, onboarding, ramp.
• Build the BDR playbook: target accounts, messaging, sequences, call frameworks.
• Set the operating cadence: daily activity, weekly reviews, monthly goals.
• Own inbound lead response: speed, triage, routing to AE.
• Partner with Marketing on campaigns and messaging.
• Collaborate with AEs and Partnerships on outbound plays and re-engagement.
• Work with RevOps on reporting, stage definitions, HubSpot hygiene, and comp.
