Job summary

Branch Civil's Civil Division seeks a dependable Pipe Foreman to coordinate pipeline operations, supervise pipe crews, and ensure project completion on time and within budget. The Foreman works with Superintendents and Project Managers to plan layout, installation, and assembly while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• OSHA 10 certification required; 30-hour preferred.
• 5+ years' highway/utility construction experience.
• 3+ years' experience as a Pipe Foreman.
• Valid driver's license and Branch Group Fleet policy compliance.
• Excellent communication, good judgement and supervision capability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pipe crew layout, installation and assembly per plans.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and Project Managers to plan daily work.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance and proper equipment operation.
• Preplan pipe installation and manage materials, reports and inventory.
• Maintain quality control and enforce contract requirements.
