The Foreman reports to Superintendents and Project Managers to keep projects on track and within budget. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of highway/utility construction experience, 3+ years as a Pipe Foreman, OSHA certifications, and a proven ability to manage crews and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 10 hour OSHA certification required; 30 hour certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of standards, specifications, codes, regulations, and laws.
• Working knowledge of applicable OSHA and DOT guidelines.
• 5+ years' experience with highway/utility construction.
• 3+ years' experience as a Pipe Foreman.
• Valid driver's license with Branch Group Fleet Policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pipe crew and oversee pipe installation, assembly, and layout.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and Project Managers for pipeline operations.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA regulations on site.
• Preplan daily pipe installation activities with the Superintendent to meet project goals.
• Maintain materials storage, equipment, and inventory checks.
