Job summary

Branch Builds, Inc. is seeking a dependable Pipe/Utility Foreman to coordinate pipeline operations and supervise pipe crews on our civil projects. You will liaise with Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure on-time completion, control materials, and enforce safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to see the big picture while managing budgets and schedules. Travel to project sites is infrequent but possible.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and OSHA compliance knowledge.
• Certified to enter confined spaces and to climb into excavations up to 15 feet.
• Experience with highway/utility construction and pipe installation standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pipe lay out, assembly, and installation according to plans.
• Coordinate with Owner, Engineer, and team to maintain professional relationships.
• Develop daily work plans with the Superintendent to meet project goals.
• Ensure safety programs and OSHA compliance on site.
• Preplan pipe installation and manage material inventory and equipment.
