Job summary

Branch Civil is seeking a Pipe Foreman to supervise pipe crews, coordinate with Superintendents and Project Managers, and ensure timely, on-budget completion while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in highway/utility construction and 3+ years as a Pipe Foreman, with a valid driver's license and OSHA training. The position entails a full-time schedule, potential travel, and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent are required.
• 10 hour OSHA certification required; 30 hour certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and Branch Group Fleet Policy compliance required.
• Excellent communications skills and good judgement are essential.
• Ability to manage with minimal supervision and meet deadlines within budget.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pipe crew and oversee layout, installation, and assembly.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and Project Managers to plan activities.
• Maintain safety and oversee Miss Utility policy compliance.
• Preplan daily pipe installation and ensure material/equipment readiness.
• Prepare daily and equipment reports and ensure quality control and contract compliance.
