Job summary

Branch’s Civil Division seeks a dependable Pipe Foreman to coordinate pipeline operations and supervise a pipe crew. The role partners with Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure on-time, within-budget completion and strict safety adherence.

The candidate will lead layout, installation and assembly of various pipe types, control materials and equipment, and maintain daily reports and quality standards. On-site presence and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 10 hour OSHA certification required; 30 hour certification preferred.
• 5+ years of highway/utility construction experience.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Pipe Foreman.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet Fleet Policy requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and good judgement; ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervises lay out, assembly and installation of pipe per plans and specs.
• Coordinates with Superintendent to plan pipe installation and methods to meet goals.
• Ensures proper storage of materials and equipment and tracks inventory.
• Manages safety programs and OSHA compliance at jobsites; participates in safety meetings.
