Branch Builds, Inc. is seeking a dependable Pipe Foreman to join its Civil Division to coordinate pipeline operations and supervise the pipe crew. The Foreman works with Superintendents and Project Managers to oversee layout, installation and assembly while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• OSHA 10 certification is required; 30-hour certification preferred.
• 5+ years’ highway/utility construction experience.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Pipe Foreman.
• Valid driver’s license and Branch Fleet policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew maintains professional relations with Owner, Engineer, and other team members.
• Builds job by plans and specifications as directed by supervisor.
• Supervises lay out, assembly and installation of various pipe sizes and types.
• Preplans and schedules pipe installation with Superintendent to meet project goals.
• Maintains proper storage of materials and rented equipment; conducts regular inventory checks.
• Ensures proper operation and maintenance of equipment under supervision.
• Reviews Miss Utility policy and ensures compliance.
• Directly oversees safety and accident control for pipe installation.
• Participates in safety meetings and safety program implementation.
• Cooperates with Corporate Safety managers for OSHA compliance.
