Job summary

Branch Builds, Inc. is seeking a dependable Pipe Foreman to join our Civil Division in North Carolina.

You will supervise pipe crews, oversee layout, installation, and assembly, and liaise between workers and supervisors to ensure timely project completion while monitoring materials, permits, and safety. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in highway/utility construction, OSHA training, and strong communication and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• OSHA 10-hour certification is required; 30-hour preferred.
• Experience with highway/utility construction and pipe installation supervision.
• Valid driver's license and Branch Fleet policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pipe crew and coordinate layout, installation, and assembly.
• Attend safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance at jobsites.
• Preplans and schedules pipe installation to meet project goals.
• Maintain material and equipment inventory and proper storage.
• Prepare daily reports and assist in project documentation.
• Train and develop workers, manage costs and deadlines.
