Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking a staff-level Construction Planning support role at our Harriman, TN site. The candidate will assist with CWPs/IWPs development, scheduling, and progress tracking across multiple projects, with emphasis on scope, documentation, and field coordination.

The position requires construction experience and the ability to participate in integrated planning sessions, manage cost/time estimates, and ensure safety and quality in all activities.

Qualifications

• Some construction experience required and onboarding may include background checks.
• Preferred: High School Diploma; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and document control skills.
• Experience with CWPs/IWPs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning, developing, issuing, and progress tracking of CWPs and IWPs for the scope of work.
• May participate in integrated planning sessions related to IWPs.
• Supports production of discipline specific IWPs and may produce discipline specific IWPs for basic projects.
• May produce documentation to support buy-in of superintendents and/or general foremen.
• Assist in researching problems related to design information, schedule, material deliveries, change management, safety and quality.
• Interface with the Discipline Field Engineer to provide constructible responses.
