Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage construction work packages, scheduling, and field coordination for complex projects. You will work with discipline superintendents and foremen to ensure buys-in, accuracy, and timely delivery of materials and documents, while maintaining safety and quality across activities.

Ideal candidates have construction industry experience, strong Excel and project-control skills, and the ability to lead teams on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher not required but beneficial for advancement.
• Minimum onboarding requirements include background check, drug screen, and vehicle records search.
• Experience in construction or construction management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, issue, and track CWPs and IWPs for complex projects.
• Coordinate with discipline superintendents and foremen to ensure field buy-in.
• Verify quantities, manage documentation flow, and monitor look-ahead schedules.
• Maintain daily site logs and support safety and quality assurance activities.
• Facilitate project controls, scheduling, and cost management across trades.
