Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking an Electrical Coordinator to support the full lifecycle of construction work packages and installation work packages on complex projects. You will partner with field engineers, superintendents and craft personnel to ensure timely, safe and accurate execution.

The role emphasizes discipline-specific planning, documentation, and coordination across power, water, grid, and industrial markets, with a strong safety culture and ESOP ownership.

Qualifications

• Some construction experience is required.
• Pre-employment onboarding may include background checks, drug screen and motor vehicle records.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, issue and track CWPs/IWPs for scope of work.
• Assist in integrated planning sessions and coordination with field teams.
• Produce IWPs and support documentation for handover and approvals.
• Support verification of quantities and commodity curves for project controls.
• Maintain site records and daily logs; assist with timesheets and safety compliance.
