Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• The PINK Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business.
• They ensure product presentation and selling behaviors reflect Brand guidance and objectives.
• Owns visual execution, product storytelling, and category-level performance insights.
• Leads talent lifecycle including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management.
• Direct reports may include PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates.
