Responsibilities

• The PINK Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business.
• Owns visual execution by translating brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions.
• Leads product storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the emotional tone of the customer’s experience.
• Uses category-level performance insights leveraging company tools and reports.
• Oversees sales floor and fitting room standards where applicable.
• Executes talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management with the Store Manager.
• Directs reports, including PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates, as assigned.
