Job summary

Victoria's Secret is seeking a PINK Manager to lead store operations, model values, and deliver outstanding customer and associate experiences that grow top-line sales. In higher volume stores, this role guides Brand Supervisors with direction, prioritization, and coaching to ensure consistent execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer and brand experience, driving sales and standards.
• Ensure product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand guidance.
• Own category-level insights using company tools and reports.
• Manage talent lifecycle including interviewing, hiring decisions and performance.
• Oversee direct reports such as PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates.
• In higher volume stores, lead performance and direction of the business.
