Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a PINK Manager to lead customer and brand experiences across high-volume stores. You will translate brand direction into daily priorities, coach teams, and partner with store leadership to drive top-line growth.

The role emphasizes visual merchandising, product storytelling, and performance insights, with responsibility for interviewing and developing staff and ensuring merchandise presentation aligns with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results.
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work.
• Experience influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The PINK Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business.
• They ensure product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives.
• Owns visual execution, storytelling and category-level performance insights.
• Oversees sales floor and fitting room standards and talent lifecycle with Store Manager guidance.
• Leads PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates; supports brand education and shipments.
