Victoria's Secret is seeking a PINK Manager to serve as a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. In higher complexity stores, this role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions on the sales floor
• Lead product storytelling and selling behaviors to protect the customer experience
• Analyze category-level performance insights using company tools and reports
• Oversee sales floor and fitting room standards as applicable
• Participate in talent lifecycle activities including interviewing, hiring decisions and performance management
• Direct reports including PINK Supervisors and/or Selling Associates
• Lead in higher volume or more complex stores to drive performance and direction of the business
• Lead and demonstrate company values across store operations
• Coach and develop associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Execute daily workforce management to manage labor hours
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and collaboration with sales leadership teams
• Model leadership competencies and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Support additional duties such as floorset mapping, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing
