The role partners with Store Manager/Asst. Store Manager to provide direction, coaching, and performance management for PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates. Flexible scheduling and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Ability to review business reports and take action based on insights
• Strong coaching and development of direct reports to improve performance
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Own visual execution and translating brand direction into priorities
• Drive product storytelling and selling behaviors to protect the customer experience
• Provide coaching to Supervisors and Selling Associates
• Lead labor planning and scheduling to optimize store performance
• Manage performance and development with Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
