The PINK Manager drives the customer and brand experience, ensures visual presentation aligns with brand goals, and leads talent lifecycle including interviewing and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Drives the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business.
• Owns visual execution by translating brand direction into priorities and daily actions.
• Leads product storytelling and selling behaviors aligned with brand guidance.
• Provides category insights using company tools and reports.
• Oversees sales floor and fitting room standards where applicable.
• Manages talent lifecycle in partnership with Store Manager, including interviewing and performance management.
• Directs assigned reports, including PINK Supervisors and/or Selling Associates.
• Operates in higher volume or more complex environments to guide performance.
