Job summary

Victoria's Secret & Co. is seeking a PINK Manager to lead the customer and brand experience within the PINK line on the sales floor.

The role directs product presentation, selling behaviors, and uses brand guidance to drive top-line growth. In higher volume stores, this position provides direction and coaching to Brand Supervisors and Selling Associates, reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Drives the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business and ensures product presentation and selling behaviors follow Brand guidance.
• Owns category-level performance insights using company tools and reports.
• Oversees sales floor and fitting room standards where applicable.
• Manages talent lifecycle including interviewing, hiring decisions and performance management alongside the Store Manager.
• Directs reports such as PINK Supervisors and/or Selling Associates; leads in higher volume or more complex environments.
• Leads and demonstrates company values; serves as Head Coach to deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling.
• Coaches and develops associates; executes Daily Work Force Management to manage labor hours; maintains visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborates with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution and models leadership competencies.
