Victoria's Secret & Co. is seeking a PINK Manager to deliver exceptional customer and associate experiences while growing brand top-line sales. In higher complexity stores, this role directs Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution of brand standards.

The PINK Manager drives visual execution, product storytelling, and category insights, while leading talent development and reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and brand experience on the PINK line, ensuring presentation and selling behaviors align with brand guidance.
• Provide direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors in higher-volume stores.
• Oversee talent lifecycle including interviewing, hiring decisions and performance management with the Store Manager.
• Manage daily floor operations, including visual standards, product storytelling, and category performance insights.
• Supervise Direct Reports such as PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates.
