Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall customer and brand experience on the PINK line.
• Translate brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions.
• Lead product storytelling and merchandising to reflect brand goals.
• Provide coaching and development to PINK Supervisors and Sales Associates.
• Oversee talent lifecycle with the Store Manager.
• Manage daily labor hours and scheduling to optimize coverage.
• Support floorset mapping, product launches and shipments.
• Monitor category performance using company tools and reports.
