Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a PINK Manager to lead premium customer and associate experiences, grow brand top-line sales, and coach Brand Supervisors for consistent execution. The role reports to Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in higher complexity stores.

Responsibilities include driving visual standards, product storytelling, and using store tools for performance insights while managing talent lifecycle—recruitment, coaching, and day-to-day leadership on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria's Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work
• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PINK brand experience and ensure product presentation reflects brand guidance and objectives.
• Own visual execution and translate brand direction into daily priorities.
• Leverage insights and reports to drive category performance.
• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards where applicable.
• Oversee talent lifecycle including interviewing, hiring decisions, and performance management.
• Direct reports as assigned, including PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates.
• Operate in higher volume environments with leadership over business direction.
