Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a PINK Manager to lead the customer and brand experience within the PINK business.

You will drive visual execution, product storytelling, and category insights while coaching Store Supervisors and Selling Associates to meet brand standards. In higher volume or more complex stores, you will provide direction, prioritize initiatives, and ensure consistent execution, reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Brand passion and ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and taking action to achieve results.
• Willingness to receive feedback and develop professionally.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports and leading teams.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
