Job summary

Responsibilities include translating brand direction into daily actions, maintaining visual merchandising, leading talent lifecycle, collaborating with leadership, and ensuring exceptional shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work
• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business, ensuring product presentation and selling behaviors reflect Brand guidance.
• Own visual execution within line of business by translating brand direction into priorities and daily actions.
• Lead product storytelling and maintain the emotional tone of the customer’s experience.
• Provide category-level performance insights using company tools and reports.
• Oversee sales floor and fitting room standards and coaching for staff.
• Lead talent lifecycle including interviewing, hiring decisions, and performance management with Store Manager.
• Direct reports such as PINK Supervisors or Selling Associates, and lead in higher-volume stores.
