Job summary

Club Pilates Chesterbrook is hiring a Sales Representative to drive studio growth by assisting the General Manager with new membership sales and member retention. You will focus on lead follow-up, Demo Class bookings, and delivering an exceptional first impression to prospective members.

Pilates or fitness experience is preferred, but we train the right candidate with a strong sales mindset and positive energy. Schedule includes Sunday–Thursday, 30–35 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to close sales.
• Ability to learn and use Club Ready software.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full sales process: lead generation, follow-up, and closing.
• Conduct studio tours and build relationships by understanding individual goals.
• Book and convert quality Demo Class appointments.
• Maintain personal sales production and contribute to monthly goals.
• Present memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training programs.
• Support member retention through excellent service and communication.
• Participate in special events such as health fairs, community events, and promotions.
• Continue developing sales skills and product knowledge.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
