Job summary

Club Pilates Midland is seeking a Sales Associate to represent the studio, bring in new prospects, and close memberships, private training, teacher training, and retail sales. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, relationship building, and the ability to work toward monthly sales quotas.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Must be able to stand or sit for up to 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the studio while tailoring to prospective member needs.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in events to promote the club.
• Develop selling skills and take on additional duties as assigned.
