Job summary

Club Pilates in Midland, TX is seeking a Sales Associate to represent the studio, generate leads, give tours, and close memberships and services. A fitness background is preferred but not required; strong sales experience is ideal.

Responsibilities include guiding prospects, maintaining personal sales goals, booking appointments, and participating in events. The role offers a base salary with commission and potential bonuses, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills are required.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Must be able to learn and use the Club Ready software system.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the studio while establishing a relationship with prospective members.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Emphasize and enforce the studio's fitness and wellness objectives.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book high-quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in special events to promote the club.
• Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
