Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a Front Desk / Sales Associate to welcome potential clients, drive memberships and promote training and retail offerings. You’ll engage with members and prospects, helping them set fitness goals and navigate class options, while maintaining studio appearance and inventory.

Ideal candidates have a sales background and customer-service mindset, with the ability to work with the General Manager and team to reach monthly targets and provide exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication & customer service skills required.
• Must communicate professionally & effectively with clients & colleagues.
• Goal-oriented with proven ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training & teacher training.
• Must be able to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
• Retail/service sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet & check-in all members & potential members in the studio.
• Engage with prospects during Intro classes from booking of the class through post attendance.
• Build studio revenue by promoting retail, membership sales & services.
• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, & close via email, text, phone & in-person interactions.
• Conduct tours of the studio while establishing relationship & targeting prospective member’s needs.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
