Job summary

Club Pilates Klein is seeking a Sales Representative to support the General Manager with new membership sales, lead generation, and studio tours while retaining current members. Pilates knowledge is a plus but not required, and English fluency is essential.

The role emphasizes strong sales and customer service skills, learning the Club Ready software, and contributing to a high-energy team in a rapidly expanding Houston-area market. A complimentary Pilates membership is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Able to learn and use Club Ready software.
• Willing to travel daily or occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Execute the sales process from lead generation to close.
• Conduct tours of the facility and assess members needs.
• Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Promote club objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
• Present services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to hit monthly sales quota.
• Participate in events to promote the club.
• Develop selling skills and take on other duties as assigned.
