Pilates Addiction Craig Ranch is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to drive member enrollment and guide clients through our classes, memberships, and retail offerings. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience in fitness or wellness is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Genuine interest in Pilates and fitness; ability to educate clients on benefits.
• Ability to meet sales targets with a consultative, solution-based approach.
• Comfortable using studio management software and POS systems.
• Team player and collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome potential and existing clients to the studio, answering inquiries about classes, memberships, and retail products.
• Drive membership sales and upsell class packages, private sessions, and retail items.
• Build genuine relationships with members and develop retention strategies and events.
• Facilitate onboarding for new clients: class sign-ups and membership registration.
• Assist with schedule management, calls, emails, and POS transactions.
• Promote studio events, workshops, offers, and retail products.
