Club Pilates - New York is seeking a Sales Associate to represent the studio to prospective clients, guide tours, and close memberships, private training packages, and retail. A strong focus is on delivering stellar customer service and achieving sales targets.

A fitness background helps, but not required; candidates with proven sales experience are ideal. Training will cover Club Ready software and daily studio operations to support growth.

Qualificações

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Ability to meet monthly sales quotas.
• Ability to learn Club Ready software.
• Able to stand/sit for up to 8 hours.
• Public speaking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute sales process from lead to close.
• Conduct studio tours and assess member needs.
• Maintain personal sales production.
• Present services to members.
• Book appointments to meet monthly quota.
• Participate in events to promote the club.
• Develop selling skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
