Job summary

Club Pilates - New York is seeking a Sales Associate to represent the studio, attract new prospects, and close sales for memberships, private training, and retail. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service to retain members and grow revenue.

A fitness background is preferred but not required; candidates with strong sales experience are ideal and must learn Club Ready software. Daily client interaction and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Excellent public speaking skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the studio while identifying prospective member needs.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Promote the studio as a fitness and wellness provider.
• Present available services to members and prospects.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in special events to promote the club.
• Develop selling skills and perform other duties as assigned.
