Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Able to meet sales targets in memberships, retail, training.
• Proficient with Club Ready software.
• Physically able to stand or sit up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants.
• Maintain excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Emphasize and reinforce the club’s fitness and wellness objectives.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
