Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee all studio operations, drive revenue across memberships, retail, private training, and instructor training, and manage staff development. The role emphasizes lead generation, sales processes, and vendor coordination to keep inventory accurate and the studio running smoothly.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in fitness or sales, strong communication, and a passion for fitness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness or relevant sales experience.
• Fluent in English; bilingual English and Russian preferred.
• Ability to manage four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, teacher training.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including grass roots marketing and networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro class.
• Membership sales and revenue growth management.
• Hire/Manage all instructors and schedule staff.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain inventory of studio retail products.
• Supervise Sales Representatives and ensure high-quality customer service.
