Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to be the heartbeat of the studio—creating an exceptional client experience, supporting instructors, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. In this fast-paced role you will build relationships, communicate the value of the JETSET experience, and guide prospective clients toward memberships while tracking leads in our systems.

• Experience in customer service or front desk is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency with technology and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and recommend memberships or packages.
• Convert inquiries and studio visits into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, in person.
• Assist management with schedule updates and announcements to clients.
• Maintain front desk, lobby, and studio cleanliness.
• Process sales, memberships, and class packages.
• Keep client records in booking and CRM systems.
• Open and close the studio as needed.
