Club Pilates Cerritos is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the sales team and build a thriving studio culture. You’ll drive growth from lead to member, coach a small team, and engage the local community through events and grassroots marketing.

Applicants should bring 2+ years of sales experience, strong relationship skills, and a passion for fitness. Availability on evenings and weekends is preferred in this fast-paced, member-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (fitness sales a plus).
• Loves building relationships, both in person and on the phone.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Passion for health, fitness, or Pilates is a plus.
• Competitive, motivated, and results-driven.
• Flexible schedule with availability on nights and weekends.
